Skating Sessions
Skating Sessions are a great choice to improve your hockey performance. The most important skill in ice hockey is skating. Some skills cannot be mastered without mastering skating first. The best skaters seem like they move on the ice so easily. They use their edges properly to produce speed, agility, and power. Participants of all levels can improve their game with these sessions. Sessions are normally offered during public skate, but can also be scheduled during morning Free style sessions. Session rates are for 1-2 players. If you’re looking to elevate your game, the best place to start is with skating sessions.

Classes depend on rink availability, age, and skill level. They will have a variety of focuses. Parents can ask about specific focus for each class. However, every session will have a variety of skills with multiple practice opportunities. There will be a main focus, but coaches can give pointers on other skills that are not the main focus.
